How to make Kerala Chicken Fry?
Ingredients:
Chicken sliced = 1/2 kg
Coconut oil = 1/2cup
Ginger-Garlic paste = 1tsp
Coriander powder = 3/4tsp
Red chilli powder = 3/4tsp
Turmeric powder = 1/8tsp
Garammasala powder = 1/2tsp
Salt = to taste
Big onion sliced=1
Black pepper=1/2tsp
Curry leaves = 2 to 3 sprigs
Green chillies = 5nos
Lemon = 1no
How to cook spicy chicken Fry.
- Make a paste of all the marinade ingredients using lime juice or curd.
- Marinate the chicken for an hour or more.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in medium-low heat till brown on all sides.Remove it from heat.
- In the same oil deep fry curry leaves, big onion sliced and slit green chillies, without seeds.
- Garnish the fried chicken.
- Enjoy a hot and spicy chicken fry. Have a good week ahead.
