How to make Kerala Chicken Fry?

Chicken sliced = 1/2 kg
Coconut oil = 1/2cup
Ginger-Garlic paste = 1tsp
Coriander powder = 3/4tsp
Red chilli powder = 3/4tsp
Turmeric powder = 1/8tsp
Garammasala powder = 1/2tsp

Salt = to taste
Big onion sliced=1
Black pepper=1/2tsp
Curry leaves = 2 to 3 sprigs
Green chillies = 5nos
Lemon = 1no

How to cook spicy chicken Fry.

  1. Make a paste of all the marinade ingredients using lime juice or curd.
  2. Marinate the chicken for an hour or more.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in medium-low heat till brown on all sides.Remove it from heat. 
  3. In the same oil deep fry curry leaves, big onion sliced and slit green chillies, without seeds.
  4. Garnish the fried chicken.
  5. Enjoy a hot and spicy chicken fry. Have a good week ahead.
