Easy banana cake...Home made- Method 1



Butter= 125gm
Caster sugar=150gm
vanilla extract= 1 tsp
Egg = 2 (or one egg and 50ml milk)
very ripe bananas= 2 (mashed)
Self raising flour= 190gm
Mixed spice powder(cardamom and cinnamon) 1/4 tsp

Optional= Roasted nuts

Method :
1.Preheat oven

2.Blend all the ingredients together other than roasted nuts.

3.Prefered method of blending, butter plus sugar then vanila and egg, then flour spoon by spoon then spice powder then roasted nuts.

4.Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin with butter first then bit flour and sugar this will give you than crunchy golden outer layer.

5.Bake at 150 C fan oven (or 170 C regular, Gas mark 3) for 30 mins, now in Gass mark 2 for further 20mnts or until a skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool and enjoy!
