Sardine fry kerala style/ mathi / chala varuthathu..:).
Sardine (Mathi/chala) - 500gm
Chilli powder - 1/2 table spoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 table spoon
Salt - 1/4 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1/4 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 table spoon
Method:
1. Clean sardine and give 3-4 gashes each side.
2.Mix powders and ginger, garlic paste with 2-3 table spoon of water and marinate the sardine.
3.Keep it aside for some time.
4. Then deep fry or shallow fry this.
